distribution chanel and division not displaing in customer master creation

hi guys,

when creating customer master record sales org. is displaying but distribution channel and division not displaying in ECC 6.O .but we configared and assigned properly.

    Hi,

    Go to VOR1 and check your customizing.

    Go to VOR2 and check your customizing.

    Also check your customizing in OVAO, OVAM, OVAN.

    Have you defined ref distribution channel & division?

    Hi,

    if every thing assignment is fine whenever u go to create customer with XD01 the system populates screen for following inputs

    Account gruop

    customer

    company code

    sales area.

    sales organization

    Distribution channel

    Division.

    Even iam on ECC 6.0.

    Do check your Define &assignment.

    Also check your sales ares and common distribution channel and division.

    This may help you out.
