Other than the standard Recruitment functions available in SAP my client needs to include a web-link functionality. Applicants should be able to enter their data in a form which should be automatically updated in SAP Recruitment. Further they want to generate different types of letter for different purposes.

I need to prepare a To Be of Recruitment, where I have to quote Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Enhancements. Can anybody give me some idea how I can take this ahead?

Hi nivedita,

Hoping that you have been working on SAP RFP . For an implementation proposal you have to maintain additional Z things and their complexity level the number of FRICEW . How many forms and their complexity level etc for each element. W stands for Workflow

On the basis of this document manpower efforts are calculated and estimates are dine.

Write down to be recruitment process step by step and agaisnt each step write this process would be handle how in sap. whether through form , Customization ur doing or interface u will be providing.
