Mass Upload of penalty costs for product location master data

Hi all,

I am trying to upload penalty costs for product master, location dependent.

First we tried to create a LSMW to map these fields, however it did not work for both transactions //MAT1 or //MAT3. I saw that for version 5.1 these fields do not have the batch input area.

In version 4.1 we could use lsmw to upload these penalty costs.

Now we are trying to use the BAPI BAPI_PRDSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2, I want to use the parameter PRODUCT_LOCATION_PENALTY to upload the penalty costs, but I am not sure which data should I provide or if I need to use another parameter.

Anyone knows how to use this BAPI or have another solution to mass upload penalty costs? It can not be done manually since we have more than 40000 product location combination, and the values of the penalties are different between them.
