Nfe 4.0 - Error in BATCH, BATSR and SKIP Interfaces

Hi All,

We are not able to receive any messages from PI ==> GRC due to below Issues

Batch Status Response from PI to GRC is resulting in an error.

Error Details as below in SXMB_MONI.

PN: We are on Support Pack 27 and upgrading from NFe 3.10 to NFe 4.0.

Error in XML is due to empty ObjGUID in XML Payload.

XML Payload is as below

As per ABAP analysis, ObjGUID is sent as blank as per mapping at PI.

However in Function Module "/XNFE/009_NFE_BATCH_SEND_IN " ObjGuid is mandatory which will determine Batch ID.

IV_BATCHID in the error message is being determined as per program based on ObjGuid.

Manual processing of XML with the ObjGuid values is successful at GRC.

Please let us know if you have faced a similar issue. Also what is the ObjGUID value in RECIEVER Payload is it blank or it has some value.

Hello Flavio Ribeiro,

In PI, we have applied the temporary fix by deleting the corresponding mapping maintained in SAP PI and could see the issue got resolved for Batch and Batch Status request.
