profitabilit postings not posted the cost and revenues

we enter cost and revenues in the FI. but it doesnt not appear in COPA. how to post it to copa all the related transactions. and how to do this. Please help experts.

It is an income statement account-540051-supplies expense. In FS00, I have already assignect a cost elemenet category. I also entered in the KEI2 . Whats wrong with COPA. I have FI document generated and i want to post it to COPA. Please help gurus.

Is 540051 a balance sheet account or income statement.

If it is an istmt, does it have a cost element?

If it does, does it appear in the config that Eli pointed out to you earlier.

Make sure that you have maitained the structures for direct postings (KEI2).
