Query - PO - Conditions

I want to make a query and i want to extract form a PO, for a position, the Rate of a certain condition, How can i do that? The field Rate is in the structure KOMV , field KBETR. And the name of the condition type is in the field KSCHL. Do you know any tables were i can find this 2 fields for a PO,is the KONV table? But how can i make a conection between the order, position and KONV?

in EKKO table we have field KNUMV (Number of the document condition)

link table EKKO ,KOMV by field KNUMV.
