Hi team ,

the administrator account has been locked could some 1 please sen a link for the resetting the password through Config tool

Hi Madhu,

After following steps given by shaila, you should create 1 or 2 test users having all admin rights, so in future if your admin accoun gets locked, then you can un-lock it by using these test users accounts.

Hi Madhu,

We can use two options for resetting passwords for Admin - one is Config tool as you said.

Please follow the Wiki which has step wise process for the same

The other option is using UME API through Code at SAP NWDS.
