ODBO error: timeout during allocate / CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV'

hi,

this question is similar to how u access BI query data output(report) in crystal reports. that's why i posted this question in this forum.

i have query data in BI report and that is released for external access. I want to show that data in frame of managment cockpit based on key figure and characterstic. Simple query(region wise sales) with one char, two keyfigures & one time char and created mesure also. I want to show data in the form of column chart.

when i checked in frame, error log says:

Error: ODBO error

Details: Error occurred when starting the parser: timeout during allocate / CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV'

ours is bi7 system with support pack14. pls suggest me steps to resolve this.
