How are letters generated in Recruitement?

How does a Personnel Administrator generate letters in Recruitment?

Suppose I want to generate an offer letter for an applicant, what would I do? Would I be selecting an applicant and clicking on a push button "Generate Letter"? Or is there any other process? Please tell me the configuration part also for this.

Hi Nivedita ,

There are various letters available in recruitment at diff status of an applicant , invitation for interview, offer letter , rejection letter etc. There are standard letters available , you can also customize the letters.
