How can I get bigger a measure filter? I mean, how can I write more character numbers on a entry variable in a report.

When I´m gonna open a Report I have to fill an entry variable but I have a character number limit to write ( 20 to be exact). My question is how can I increase that number from 20 to 60 you know?

That can be done through Table Interface,,

But that requires a lot of research to be done..

The variable will take the length of the referenced infoobject in the query.

And table interface is not supported in BI 7.0.

As Praveen mentioned, the length of the variable is derived from the infoobject it corresponds to.

Table interface is not an option.

Thanks all the people, finally I increased the lenght of the infoobject clicking on the long text flag.

Now I have the following problem.When I click on the entry variable appears all the master data of the InfoObject right? so my problem is here..I just want the values of that infoOject for that service. Can I debugg the standard code?

Here you need to change the properties of the characteristic to "Only values in the Infoprovider".
