Unable to raise Message from Sattelite System to support Desk

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue when i try to raise the message from sattelite system to support desk in solution manager 7.0.For this Below Checks i ahve already performed please suggest i am missing something.

1.RFC in Back Format.

2.addtional RFC authorization to RFC user in solmon system.

3.Sattelite systems entry Maintained in solmon in SMSY and loical clients.

4. No Range Maintained for both internal as well as external.

5.Support Pack level looks fine

Did you maintain table BCOS_CUST in SM30?

Hi

Just goto SLG1 and check the log.....

and check no ranges.......

Dno_cust01..SLF1 settings....

What i need to check in SLGN and also its in solmon or in sattelite system.others are fine as same setting are working for other system.

Goto tran SLG1

here give * and press execute..

click the red mark and expand...check the text...you will come to knw the prob..

Hi Prakhar,

I just got one log related my id. It says no entries found in DNO_notif so my question is do i need to main entries in sattelite system as i maintained these entries only in Solmon system.

All the seting are in solman only..

In satellite only 3 things are needed

RFC conn to sate

BCOS_CUST

Roles assign to user

Everything rest you need to do in solman only.

Please check basic settings and service desk bc sets etc..in solman..again..in spro..

Can you please tell me which roles i need to assign to users in sattelite system other than sap_all and sap_new as user already has these profiles.

Hello Suveer,

SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW will not have authorizations for RFC related activities. I understand that you have genrated the role SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE. I would like you to do a check in this role. Is there any node marked in yellow or red in the authorizations section..? If yes, make them green by giving * in the value fields and generate again.

Please let me know the result.

Hi,

When i am trying to raise support messahe frm sattelite system to solmon support desk it says due to error 513 message can't be raise in support desk.For this i have maintained above things but still getting the same error.

I have come across this issue. The system was giving the same error message as you got.(error 513 ). But actual problem turned out to be authorization..!!(took some time for debugging that)

Look at the user which <solman>_back RFC uses when logging in from satellite system. Now login to Solution manager and check the authorization of that user. Does it have the following roles assigned..

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN

If NO, generate these roles (if not done) and assign them to this user.

Hi Anish,

Even i have regenerated these roles in solmon and assigned them them to user which is being used to by sattelite system to connect solman.still the issue is same.so please let me know in case i need to do somethinng other than this.

Have you created BP or business partner for the users.

Goto DSWP and from menu generate Ibase for the users in solman.

For all the roles you can refer to the master guide/Security guide available at service.sap

Hi Prakhar,

Its already done if its related fetch sap component in DSWP. What you are suggesting is to generate I base i am not getting that option.Can you please help?

Ibase and BP generation are mandatory for this.

Goto DSWP choose solution..

Goto SAP Menu

EDIT_->>>>Initial Data transfer for IBASE

EDIT->>>Create Business Partner

Have you performed the above basic steps..
