UCES - navigation bar is not showing contract, move in, move out ...

Hello.

I have problem with UCES 6.02

Navigation bar is not showing all buttons.

It is showing adress data,contacts,open items, bank data, credit card data, profile, change of pass, faq, log off.

But it is not showing contract, move in, move out, rate data, contract accounts...

Strange is, that when i set in XCM starting value for contract or move-in...it starts and it is working...but still not in the navigation bar...so when you click on adress data you are not able to go back..

The authorization is sap_all and sap_new.

Please help me.

Hi ,

I am also working on UCES . I have some problem after intsallation of the sca files in the portal i have configured the XCM as per the cook book . But i am unable to see any anvigation instead shows an error message .

"

Internal system error (connection manager lost). Contact your system administrator.

"

But while checking the conection test from the connection manager option from the XCM its showing sucessful .

whether have u faced any such issue while configuring the UCES. Or if you have any idea regarding the same please let me know .

Hi. Try to connect with the same password and user name as in the XCM. Chcek the settings in the backend and see the forum in SDN - Java programming.

I solved my problem by reinstalling Java. But now i have problem with creating user with tr. IQS8. I have error E 338.

when i am trying to acess the portal with the url .

http://portalserver(fully qulified):50000/bdisu/public/frameset_top_html.jsp

in this case its not even asking any user or password.

just showing a masterhead with standard sap masterhead for billerdirect.

any clues .

*You can't see navigation bar, but can you see something else?

*Have you chceked the authorizations?

*Try to set START value in XCM for one of the possibilities i dont now try move-in...

*What is your UCES version? Check the configuration guide there is something written about

inclusion of UCES in a portal.

*Set in your browser that after turning it off it will delete all temporary data and cookies..

*Can you make users with transactions: EBPP_CREATE_USER and then IQS8 ?

Hi ,

I am able to see the master head ie just a logo saying sapbillerdirect .

and below that it shows error"Internal system error (connection manager lost). Contact your system administrator."

and even its not asking any user id and password .

i have put start value for all the process then also no tab is seeing in the portal .

I am using SAP_UCES_6.0.

You can try other connection method, try to use named connection.

Try to look in default trace it is in NW administrator - monitoring - trace and logs - alerts.

Are you using FI-CA of FI-AR ?

After tr. EBPP_CREATE_USER it gives you notification witch you complete in tr. IQS8 where you assign a business partner to user name. Is it working?

Hi,

The above mentioned issue resloved after adding the connection manager created to cuatomer application configuration .

Now its asking for user id and password .but i have created a user with EBPP_CREATE_USER and same user has been created in portal also already SSO has been maintained .but when i am trying to login through portal it throws error

"A general problem has occurred within the logon. The error message is: .

Do u have any clues how to create a user for biller direct and assing the business partner to it and apart from EBPP_CREATE_USER whether we need to do anything else.

Yes i had same problem,you have unicode problem or named_connection problem. Chcek the manual and settings.

Other possibility to log on is to use user from your XCM setting or to create user in UME. I have still problem with creating new customers(users) of UCES so we on the same boat.

How exactly you solved the problem? Can u send me more detailed document?

The tr. EBPP_CREATE_USER is the same as createuser_form.sap

But still...the tr.: IQS8 it making error E 338 in my system..

Hi ,

the transaction EBPP_CREATE_USER i have created a user and then it sends the notification and when we go IQs8 and click on the create user its showing a popup saying first check the userdata

and onclick of the userdata link it sates the refernce user doesnot exits . how to create a reference user .

How its happening in your case whether its throughing error at the same stage or have u maitianed the user data and all or the reference user given is valid one .

Hi ,

I am also getting the E338 error - ie error while connecting to the JCO RFC server .

error

"Bean APAR_LDAP_CREATE_USER_2not found on host tpepdev, ProgId =FSCM_JCO_SERVER: Object not found in lookup of APAR_LDAP_ 3"

The RFC destination has to be created with this name "JCO_LDAP_RFC_DEST"

but the RFC destination test connection and all is working fine . I have used TCP/IP Connection.

i think you will also be getting the same error.

check the program id : given at the sm59 and XCM are the same and please try to test the RFC destination test.

i am also looking at this issue if i am getting any break through i will give u the inputs .

The message is say that the program is looking for some BEAN witch is probably creating UCES user on UME. Problem is with the part where it mentions LDAP.... I dont want to use LDAP. I want to use table USR02 or UME...

I solved the problem reinstalling JAVA...now i have to assign BP to USER in UME i can only do it in ABAP...
