Using SAP SOAP Client Tool without Internet access

Hello Colleagues,

we need to use the SAP SOAP Client Tool Java Web Start application in an environment without Internet access.

Does anybody know how I can use it? Is this possible? Or do i have to use a different SOAP client tool?
