Error in applying patch in solman 4.0

I am in the middle of applying support pack on a solution manager 4.0 system

The process has stopped by giving error in Phase Import_error. Now I am getting dumps some tcodes. When I am again trying to start import, it giving dump there also because of which i am not able to start the import again.

What is the solution for this?
