Condition record for PI01

Hi friends,

While creating Condition Record for PI01,which Sales Org and Plant i have to consider.

Scenario is for InterCompany Stock Transport Order:

Receving/Supplying:

VST1/VST-Company Code

4111/1008-Plant

4444/3333-Sales Org

with regards

create Condition Record PI01,from supplying plant data.

Supplying:

VST-Company Code

1008-Plant

3333-Sales Org

Please clarify another small doubt..

If it is Intercompany Sale(not Intercompany STO) then the sales org and plant will be same or it will change for cond.record for PI01.
