I have 3 production plant "A", "B", "C" and one planning plant "D". This plans all the common material in 3 production plant. Now I have to plan and procure the material from planning plant ("D" plant) but the material must be recived, i.e G.R for P.O must be done in there respective plant against there respective order.

Please guide me how to do this setting for the raw material. I have to store the raw material in the respective production plant. Inventory for these material has to be done in there respective production plant.

The scenario can't be mapped as it is in SAP. May be you need to modify your scenario to map in to SAP. The scenario you can handle using special procurement, but the goods Receipt will not happen in the respective plant, the planning plant only eligible to receive the goods.

Using the special procurement like withdrawn from alternate plant or production in other plant. In this you need to give the plant name where you need to procure. When you load the demand in plant "D" and the material is handled in special procurement, when you run the MRP, the system will automatically create the planned in the respective plant A, B or C depends on your configuration. In the respective planr MD04 screen, you can see the planning plant. But Goods receipt will happen directly in the planning plant only. To avoid this you need to customize this in to your requirement.

Using stock transfer order in production plant I can load the requirment in planning plant. But then material will be stored in planning plant. So issue arises during inventory calculation at the end of year. Under whose account will extra matarial be booked.
