How to grant the access t-code : BP by company code or by country

Please kindly advise how to add the authorized to grant to access the data in T-code : BP by company code or account group??

Hi Vimol,

Please check the transaction code: SU22.

Give transaction code as "BP".

and execute.

It will list all the authorizations objects of transaction code: "BP"..

Depending on ur requirement, u can choose the object.

We need to using Company code to control the authorization. But there is no that ojbect.

You should create Your own role, where You can maintain all authorization atributes. For example we've made such rules, that one user can watch\change bp with number 1-1000 and the other 1001-2000 and so on.
