Edit PO

Dear All,

I have done PR wrt PR i have Done PO with full qty & i assigned Message Version 00 Apllication 06 Message 076 Materials of requisition & item & alr. ordered in full

now i want edit PO only TEXT but system is not allow to edit.

Please guide me
