Print of deleted PO ?

Is it possible to print deleted PO ?

Once the PO is sent to vendor, if by some chance PO is cancelled / deleted then buyer should sent some details of deleted PO to vendor ? How that can be done ?

Hi

If you delet some line items in a purchase order, you can send second output to vendor setting the output as Change to PO. So that vendor will be notified of the changes in original PO.

If all the items in a PO are deleted, can we still print the PO ?

If all the items in the PO's are deleted then still you can view the PO print and notify your vendor.

"Item cancelled" this message appears after every line item of the PO.

A change message cannot be reprinted. see OSS note Note 391637 - Duplication of change messages and OSS Note 27999 - Repetition of change messages

this is usually done with a change message, it is the same output as when the buyer reduces the quantity, or changes the price.
