How do we track changes done in KSH2?

Hi Gurus,

Some cost center in the cost center group went missing. This happens a lot for the past months. I cannot find any log that record the changes. Any idea how can I check who make the changes.

Already considered limiting the authorization to KSH2 and use auth group. But still need to find the root cause to the missing cost center. Thanks.

Hi

Please try the T.Code:OKEON,

In this Screen select your Cost Center Group, Select Basic Data

Click on (Display Change Document) Icon in that you will get all the Changes related to Cost Center Group..

Hi Srinu,

Apologies. I forgot to say that I am in 4.0 and I dont see the change documents like what we have in later version.

Any other suggestion will be very much appreciated.

I found out that SAP maintain these 3 tables for standard hierarchy : SETHEADER,SETNODE and SETLEAF. And in SETHEADER we can see who last made changes to the group. It does not give me the details of cost center being added or deleted in the group, only the last user. I wonder if there is some other ways.

Hi,

Check if these tables are logged for changes; you can do it via SCU3 transaction. If not, then it would be impossible to establish who did the changes.
