    Hi Prasad,

First of all I would like to warn you about how tax indicators are to be transported between clients, because they are not saved on transport orders but have to be exported from the development system and afterwards imported into the productive one.

If this is not the problem, I would like you to act as follows:

    1. Check which is the account determination for your asset master record on tx. AS03.

    2. Check which is the related G/L account entry for Balance Sheet Accounts / Cash Jour.Doc.Numbs on tx A090,

    3. Run tx. FS00 for thar GL account created as an asset reconciliation account and check if on control data entries Tax category field has got a "*". If not set it.

If this doesn't solve the problem try running tx. OBCL and check if for your company code have been set any entries. If not, ask anyone to make a decision about which should be the suitable tax indicator for non taxable operations.

    I hope this information helps.

    Lidia
