Front-end printing not working for 'normal' user under Windows 2003 Server

HI,

Has anyone had already experienced this problem;

We recently upgrade one of our servers in our Citrix Server farm from Windows 2000 Server to Windows 2003 Server. We installed SAP GUI 7.10 (with patch 10 and 11).

Now normal users cannot use the LOCL front-end printing anymore. The printer selection pop-up shows up, user can select his printer but nothing is printed. When an administrator user tries the same, it works immediately?!!

We use Citrix Presentation Server 4.

Many thanks in advance!

    Hello,

    You must configure the printer to use method (type G) for Windows Printing instead of LOCL (Type F).

    Also you must set the following Reg Key for the users on the Citrix server for this to work.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\SAPlpd\SAPLPD

    Type: String

    Name: SwinDataType

    Value: EMF
