Mismatch in CJI3 and F.01

When i am running report for project for actual cost in ps through CJI3 i am getting actual cost for the proejct.

And i am taking F.01 report for the profit center assigned for the project.

Values coming in F.01 in expenditure head are not mathcing with actual cost coming in CJi3 report.

can anyone tell me the reson ? and how to correct it if any reson is there ?
