Initialzation got failed.

Hi,

As there are some changes in the Sources to make that to in phase I have added same fields to BW also.These are all updated in the extract structure as well.But when I tried to INIT again for the ODS I am getting an error message and the INIT is happening.Can any one help how to figurre out this.

points will be definitely assigned.
