licenses key application problem

hi,

actual we are facing some problem.regarding license key application.if i login through customer portal and apply for temparary license key but it shows no installation to display.but this problem occured before two days.what is happening i dont know

our existing

2 installation number-000000000311001540

3. SYSTEM NUMBER-0020248223

4.CUSTOMER NO-0000825499

5-CUSTOMER NAME-DATA CARE CORPORATION

then why it shows no installation to display.pls tell me ACTUAL probelm .and solve on high priority basis
