Data Integrator Web Server Service Will Not Start

I just installed DI 11.7.3.2 on a Windows 2003 RC2 machine- everything was fine.

Later, I installed the Oracle client for connectivity to the DBs- no problem there.

I was trying to pull up the diAdmin page and noticed it wasn't coming up. I checked the services and the Data Integrator Web Server Service wasn't running. I attempted to start it and I got the error:

"Could not start the Data Integrator Web Server service on Local Computer.

Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly."

After restarting the machine, and a ton of other things, I'm not sure where to look.

Could it be a Java issue?
