For run a Data management package I get following error:

Are you treceiving that error message when you are running the standard DM packages?

Or you receive that message only when you are running a specific package.

Are you receiving the error from any client or only from a specific client?

Did you try to reinstall the BPC client and try again to run the package?

Did you upgrade you SAP BPC server? If yes then did you upgrade also the SAP BC client?

      Hello Sorin,

      To answer your questions:

Are you receiving that error message when you are running the standard DM packages?

As soon as choos Manage Data I get the error

Or you receive that message only when you are running a specific package.

as explained earlier this is not for a specific package

Are you receiving the error from any client or only from a specific client?

I have tried it only on one client

Did you try to reinstall the BPC client and try again to run the package?

      Yes

Did you upgrade you SAP BPC server? If yes then did you upgrade also the SAP BC client?

No BPC server was not upgraded.

Ok If you tried only from one client then I think it will be very good if you can try from another computer.

In this way we will understand if the problem is coming from server or it is related to that specific PC.

Please do a client diagnostic (from page Software Corner where you have BPC client installation) and add the result.

That will provide information about version of OS (windows) version of Office etc...

May be something si wrong related to prerequisite software for SAP BPC client.

    regards

    Sorin
