Work manager 6.5 with meter management 2.3 version - unable to see any entries in the serial number search list of the id, material or register on the meter installation screen. could you please help.

Hi Prasanna,

Here are other things to check. In configpanel, check and make sure the filter for the MDO is not too restrictive that cause no data for the CT to come down to the client.

Also I see your are Search by "Serial number by not used". Did you verify you do have the equipment available?

Hi Prasanna,

Please try the application in the Agentry Test environment and verify the complex table data is being populated. If there is no data then you would have to investigate backend BAPI calls to see if the tables are being populated.
