Hi Experts,
I have created material 1234567890 and i matined min-reo-max level fix as 1000-2000-3000
Then run mrp
PR was created for 3000 nos.
Then I have created PO with HOLD.
Then level changed to 100-200-300
Run MRP
Pr was auto deleted from system and no reference found in po4500001800
Requirement:
I need to change the existing the MRP Minimum lot size-Reorder Point-Maximum stock level values,
system should consider the changed value at the time of running new pr
Hi,
For Requisitions generated by the MRP, if the fixed indicator on the
Requisition is not selected or the release indicator does not have a
final release, then when MRP is run again the original Requisitions can
be deleted.
So what may have happened in your system is the following:
- The MRP created Requisitions that were consequently not fixed (i.e.
EBAN-FIXKZ = blank), which is normal.
> A Requisition becomes fixed in ME52(N) only if at least one of the
following fields are changed EBAN-MENGE Quantity
EBAN-LFDAT Delivery date
EBAN-FRGDT Release date
EBAN-LGORT Storage location
EBAN-WEBAZ GR processing time
> A requisition becomes also fixed with a final release strategy.
- A new MRP was carried on and the 'Planning mode' indicator was set to
3 'Delete and recreate planning data'. This may have deleted the
previous Requisitions.
If you don't want to have such a behavior there are the following
possibilities:
1- Avoid runing MRP during converting PR to PO
2- Runing MRP with another planning mode (not 3)
3- Indicate PR with a Release strategy
Please have a look also for the notes 88266 which explains the fixing
indicator of PR.
I hope this information helps!.
Best Regards,
Arminda Jack
