PO Output Message Determination in S/4 HANA 1709 - Stays in 'In Preparation' for STOs

STO (UB):

Standard PO (NB) :

NB and UB both have identical configurations in OPD, but NB's message pulls in Country and Langauage and messages go to "Completed" status v/s UB's message which misses Country and Language and hence not in Completed status.

What are we missing ? What is the receiever for an STO. Since is it a plant, we set up the plant as a BP as well and have the language and country set up in the BP..Still, the STOs don't pick up the Country and Language..

The Business Partner we created for the Supplying Plant is not pulled into the STO order. Should it ? If yes, where should it go ? The address and language is maintained for the Business Partner though..

Are you certain that the "Business Partner" is pulled into your order? I would actually look into the plant customizing and check if the address is fully maintained there behind the envelope button
