Central Person settings activation

Hi,

Request the knowledgeable people as to how i can activate the settings for Central person, i am trying to activate the settings in T77S0 to be more specific like the semantic group CCURE-PIDGN and CCURE-PIDSL, the fields are greyed out, is there any settings i missed out in order to activate the foresaid settings.

Appreciate any advise, suggestions.
