requirement in HR

Hi Gurus

I want to map the DMS in HR Module.Below is the requirement.

1 Access Control through document type : Certain document such as Salary slips, appointment

letter and offer letter can only be viewed by authorised persons only.

Can i know how it can be controlled??

Here one thing if i configure the Salary slips,Appointment letter and Offer letter with different

document type..Will it be ok??

If it is ok how can we configure the control thorugh document type.

2 While creating a document it should not permit to create the document type of other department.

How this can be controlled??

Regards,

Bhanu

I suggest you do a search before posting. This question was asked not even a week ago.

ArchiveLink is the best choice for HR. It allows for infotype authorisations not available in SAP DMS.

You can create different document types and store them against infotypes in SAP.
