Unaffecting Release

Hi Folks

My problem is that with increase in value in purchase order, release is getting unaffected but this is not happening in case of PR.

Presently,I am using release indicator 4 and 6(Final release) for purchase order with value change of 1%.For purchase requisition i am using changeable indicator 4 and value change as 1%.

My Second query is that whether is it possible to unaffect release if any changes are done after releasing of purchase order and purchase requisition, e.g. if i change any item code it should go in release but its value is not crossing last item value.
