Inbound delivery Queries.

Hi Experts,

Can you please advise on below inbound delivery Queries.

• 1)List of inbound deliveries: VL06I

Please advise where is the column should I put in VL31N in order for the below details

Forwading agent, forwading agent name, loading date, loading point, material available date. i got for 2 things-

• Loading point as à ship from origin

• Material date à goods ready date

• 2)How can we pull out incoterms in list of inbound deliveries?

• 3)Can we add forwarder details in this partner function? With mess upload?

based on ,my analysis - we can acheive this using below SPRO path

IMG >> SD >> Basic functions >> Partner determination >> set partner determination >> Set Up Partner Determination for Delivery

• 4)There is text column in VL31N, how can we pull out this text column in inbound deliveries list? So that I can input remarks such as shipment delayed, custom clearance issue….. I found the text table for Inbound delivery header- Please advise below detail will help.

The functional module read_text is generally used for printing the text on the form. The table for text is

STXH: Texts: Header

STXL: Texts: Line

And text object is VBBK

• 5)I tried to input Departure date in this column, but fail, how should I input this column as ETD- departure date? ETA- arrival date?

I have also gone through the above post twice but was not able to understand. Too many queries in one post makes members confused.

Sorry, I'm not able to understand most of the post.

1. What is the actual question? The screenshot shows what looks like an ALV layout. Are you asking how to use the layout? Not sure what "put columns" means here. Please try to use standard SAP terminology.

2. If Incoterms (or any other field) is not available in standard SAP report then, naturally, the only way to add it is through a user exit / enhancement.

3. What is "this partner function"? What are you trying to achieve?

4. See # 2 above

5. I'm lost here completely... How is this related to any other questions? Is this a standard SAP field?

so my question which text fields i need to use. i hope you are getting- can i use extract text field information from the the text tab in Inbound Delivery /?

i tried to enter the data in the Delivery tracking tab- where we can see event, estimated time etc.. i am getting error now- please see 2 screen shot.how can i get this field populated ?
