SBO Mailer problem

I am currently having a problem with the SBO Mailer service. We are running SAP 2007 on a windows 2003 server. We are using a MS Sql 2005DB. The problem is as follows: If I email a text message the mailer service sends the email. If I have an attachment (report or picture) the mailer service does not send the mail. Sending to an email account outside the domain does not work at all. On the event viewer I got massage Event Type: Error

The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Failed to send the mail message error code: -35.

We had the same issue on SBO 2005 and found that it was a permission problem. See what user is running SBOMailer on and give it full control to the attachments folder.

Dear Sergi,

Thank you for the answer. We thought it was permission problem too and we even try to change the attachment folder to specific computer just for checking. Nothing is helping and SAP support says it's Exchange security issue.
