Protect DesignTime Object In GP

Hai All ,

I Developing objects in Gp at Designtime . By creating the Folder under that callable Objects , Actions,Blocks,Process.

I want Protect my Objects.

No other user will not able to modify.

How to Do this !

Hi there,

Maybe you should take a look at which portal roles to assign to the user that is procssing a task, or executing a process. For example, some roles permit users to only view a DO without editing it, other roles permit users to see only runtime tab, etc.

Hi ,

its Very happy feeling to see ur reply..

ur Reply given idea while assign roles to user that time we can control the modification and Controls on Objects.

But is there any chance to give control on object only for that owner only..

if there any tell me..

Hi Eswar,

you can go to your object(CO, action, block, process) and select the permissions tab. From there you will be able to modify what a principal(user) can do to it.
