System status is CSER ( error in cost calculation ) is active

Hi All,

What does system status CSER active signifies.

I have a case where my incurrence on WBS has exceeded the released budget for that WBS( Although the budget check is active for all activities).

That particular WBS system status CSER is active.

How has this default occured .

Please help me in understading this case.
