how to enable follow-up transaction

Hi,

Could someone point to me the setting to be made, to enable the follow up transaction appear, once i choose the Create Follow Up transaction icon on the transaction ?

I've already made the settings for the Copying control settings but the transaction i wish to see does not appears in the Follow up document list.
