Purchase Order / Repetitive Area0

If i exceed 10 items, a second page will be created - i have a huge blank spot between the end of report and page footer - Is the repetitive area0 limited to a particular number of rows?

Please help!

You need to check each area height setting from bottom up. List the results here (include whether area height is adjustable or not). So we may find something need to be changed.

Resutls -

Page Footer Height = 96 / Area Height Adjustment = no

End of Report Height= 190 / Area Height Adjustment = no / alight to bottom = no

Repetitive Area Footer0 Height = 0 / Display repetitive area footer on all pagers = yes / area height adjustment = yes

Repetitive Area0 Height = 24 / Area Height Adjustment = no / Hide repetitive area if empty = no / Duplicate Repetitive area = no / lines in repetitive area = 0 / distance to duplicate (pixles) = 0

Repetitive Area Header0 Height = 18 / Area Height Adjustment = yes

Start of Report - Height = 174 / Page Break = none / Area Height Adjustment = no

Page Header height = 138 / Area Heigth Adjustment = no

You need to decrease those 2 areas' height to print more line items in one page:

Page Footer Height = 96 / Area Height Adjustment = no

End of Report Height= 190 / Area Height Adjustment = no / alight to bottom = no

The total of two areas is 286. That is where your line item stop to print.

When i attempt to change the value from 190 - the value is immeidatley returned to 190 - The box allows me to enter a value, but when i click save or select any other window, the value returns to 190. The same is true for the page footer.

i am unable to change this...i have even tried to adjust the field by dragging the overall "end of report" box to a smaller size. Nothing happens.....I have full authorization...

I have realized that the box height is the issue....i had items that were "not visible" - even though i was not showing the item, the box height would allow it to be decreased.

You solved the problem...the 190 was flat out too big....

I have checked the max rows in print prefs and it is set to 99.

What is strange, only one line item will show on page two. If i go back to the PO, and delete a row - the reprint (theoretically, the form should print perfectly) again, i get one row on page 2?

*this seems to appear when a po has greater or equal to 10 rows**

The repetitie area 0 has a height of 24 - it will not allow the value to be changed. i have selected "area height adjustment" and again it does not seem to make much of a difference.

I have created a test form for making lots of different changes. i have even made the repetitive area footer0, end of report, and page footer - not visible. I still get one line on page 2?????

What am i missing???

You have to check the entire PLD to find all properties link to the height of any areas to find what will fit your need most. There are some fields there need spaces. Even though they may not be displayed on every forms, you have to leave room for them.

Remarks field height might be set too large in your case.

Dear Andrew,

It could be one these:

1. The settings in Print Preferences. Check the value of "Max. Rows per Page" setting.

2. You set the Page Footer area too large. Check the Height of each area in your PLD.
