Label Studio Not Recognizing Printer

I just did a client install on a computer and all modules are working fine. The only problem is that the Label Studio scripts give me an error saying that it doesn't recognize the printer. The printer in question is a Heidelberg Digimaster 9110/9150i (PS 'file' printer) that I have on 2 other working machines. I have the printer named exactly the same on all machines. I have re-installed printer/Label Studio and rebooted numerous times.

Here are a few general things to check depending on how your job is setup. However, keep in mind this is a pretty specific setup not such a general question. If the following doesn't help, I would suggest logging a message/case for support.

Check the Design File printer setup - Edit your design and check either (depending on type of driver file being used) -

File Design Settings. Is the correct Printer listed? If this is a Windows Driver and the correct driver is selected in the design, make sure that the driver is working correctly. Open the driver and try to print a test page. If it fails, that could indicate the driver is corrupt on that machine or not configured correctly.

OR

If you are using an generic text driver - Edit your design, go to Tools > Printer Setup > Click Modify - Click on Settings on the right side of the window. Check to make sure the printer name is setup correct, especially if your on a network. You may need to specify a printer server if you are using on.

You can also compare these settings to the machines that are working to see if there is anything different in the setup between them.

If that doesn't help resolve the issue please log a support message through the SAP website.
