Returnable Packaging

Hi, how can I get a returnable Packaging materials with my clients as well theirs consignee.

Is it possible with the standard functionality of Returnable Packaging?

Hi

Specify the "Item category group" of the Returnable packaging material as "LEIH".

The Item category will be TAL and this packaging material has to be returned back to the owner.

To proces the return , use Order type "AT" (Returnable packaging pick-up) followed by a Return delivery "LR" and it is not relevant for Billing.

If the customer retains it , then he has to pay for it . In this case use order type "RPI" (Returnable packaging issue" and with reference to this order create a Billing document(F1).

Hi friend

Returnable packaging maintain by item category group LEIH in MMR sales org2 view.Than the system will process that material as a returnable packaging material.

step:

1.va01 (or),vlo0n.than vf01

2.Pick up: va01 (LA),Vl01n return delivery (LR) than VF01 item category LAN

3.If customer not return the material than issue

va01 (LN), vf01n (LF).vf01 item category LNN
