hi experts,
i can't access to alert configuration.
What it is difference between the parameter connections and the parameter runtimeworkbench in the exchange profile?
I have seen that the parameter com.sap.aii.connect.cr.httpport has a different value to com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.httpport,
It may be possible that we can not access the window of alerts, I have implemented the note 750287 and still can not access the window alerts,
thanks,
Hi,
The central monitoiring tool of alert needs .
1. Fully qualifed domain name --> you can get this from t-code SMICM.
2. and ABAP port no.-->you can get this from t-code SMICM.
3. SICF services for Alert Inbox needs to be activated.
Maintain this in the RWB, under central monitoiring parameters and do a server restart.
After this you should atleast be able to open the alert inbox UI.
Regards
Sunil.

thanks,
We have resolved to apply the note 824554, changing the parameters:
icm/conn_timeout
icm/host_name_full
icm/server_port_0
