CATS Error

Hi,

In CAT2 there is a attendance entry for 2 days in the past as 9hrs a day where as the employee only worked for 8hrs so where should I make the changes for those 2 days. I have tried to change in CAT2 but still it is showing 9hrs. Please let me know how to do this.

    Hey Shravan,

    Check the status of the time via CATS_DA - if the time is released or approved, you'll need to reject it or reset the approval and reject it respectively, via CATS_APPR_LITE. This is usually a function reserved for managers/chiefs.

    Depending upon how your CATS CVR profile is setup, if the time is entered in a previous/closed payroll period period, you may not be able to change your time at all.

    Hi Shravan,

    Did you check your profile, please check in your profile in table TCATS probably for your profile there could be a check mark for the option "No Changes after Approval" this could be the reason you are not able to change your entry in CAT2.
