Standard SAP Intercompany process for Poland ok from a legal point of view?

Dear all,

we are implementing Poland in our central SAP ECC system.

We want to use the standard intercompany process - as we do in other 13 countries.

Our colleagues mentioned that there are legal requirements which does not allow to use this standard process.

Any experience with using this process in Poland?

Is it ok from a legal point of view?

Thanks for your feedback

Andreas

    • Hello Lakshmipathi,

thanks for your quick answers. The standard guidelines are checked before of course - and we cannot find any hints regarding intercompany processes.

I thought maybe someone in the forum has already setup Poland with shippments out of Germany and they use this intercompany standard process.

      Thanks

      Andreas
