Question: how to reloading data from DSO to the cube

One DSO contains data and already had infoobject 0employee in it. Based on DSO there is a cube which also contains data, but this cube didn't have infoobject 0employee. Now I want to add this infoobject 0employee into new dimesion table of cube.

Loading information: DSO has infopackage existing for initial loading and delta loading and full uploading as well as repair full upload.

Question: how to reloading data from DSO to this cube in my case? Thanks!
