hai friends can any one tell me about the quality management, actually iam fico consultant, we r newly working on quality mgt. how it works in sap, how should i satisfy the client in demo.

Ravula,

SAP QM is a broad topic and offers lot of integrations to other SAP System. I would recommend hands on training from XPAND as a good place to start.
