Print Crystal report from B1if HANA

Every time I try and print one of the standard Crystal reports from B1if I get the following error

com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.lib.ReportSDKPrinterException: Index: 0, Size: 0---- Error code:-2147215357 Error code name:internal

Does anyone have any idea what this is telling me?

I can print a simple report from B1if successfully, its only the standard B1 invoice type reports that seem to fail. We've tried removing all the sub reports to see if that helps but still exactly the same error.
