Movement Type-541

Hi,

I want to develop a report which gives me the list of materials for which 541 movement type is happened and not the 542.(Still pending).

How can i get the same???

I dont want to use the MSEG table is there any alternative to get the same????

Based on quantity is it possible to get???

HI

There is one option, you can change the standard MBLB t-code program, and in that Zprogram you can add whatever fields you want. We were also had same problem and we modified the MBLB t-code program

Hi,

Using mb51 we get the details i agree but i need to develop a customized report where i want the materials pending with a Vendor.(that is the material with Movement Type 541) and other details like serial number ,plant ......

I want the logic for the same.

Using MSEG table it will take lot of time by which performance of the report will not be good.

Is there any way to fetch these records???

Would you clarify better what do you really want? Have you tried to use the MBLB transaction? You will find all parts and quantities that still pending at the subcontractor.

Hi,

You can go with MB51 transaction, input the Material numbers, Mvt type - 541, 542 & Your plant with Posting period.

system will display all the material document with materials list with mvt type.

Hi,

There is no standard report available except MB51 .

MVt type with material document will update in MSEG table only.

But if you tell the exact requirement beside this MB51 & MSEG we can look for other alternatives.

But for your requirement Mb51 will serve.

Use Standard Report MB51 with Movement type 541.
