Infotype 9057 mapped in ERP template ERP_90 is not decoupled in your system

Hello.

We are having some issues with data replication between Successfactor EC and SAP ERP. Using tcode ECPAO_EE_ORG_QUERY, executed...then we check it in tcode SLG1 and see an error message Infotype 9057 mapped in ERP template ERP_90 is not decoupled in your system, error message ECPAO_IN_PROCESSING009.

Any idea how to solve this issue?

you should ensure your infotype is decoupled first, please check the below steps and perform for your custom infotype and then try it

Hi,

thanks for the information, but we already checked that blog and others.

the solution was to decoupled the infotype that was causing the problem, using tcode PM01. Once the class was created, the issue was gone.
