Hi Mario,

Hmm... it doesn't really help... I went in the Event viewer and saw this :

Event Type: Error

Event Source: SBOMail

Event Category: None

Event ID: 62

Date: 9/14/2009

Time: 1:59:37 PM

User: N/A

Computer: SQLSAP

Description:

The description for Event ID ( 62 ) in Source ( SBOMail ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: Failed to send the mail message error code: -35.

What else can I do ?

thanks,

Luce

Hi Luce,

As note [693306|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMSZ3PTU4ODAwMDAr)/bc/bsp/spn/smb_searchnotes/display.htm?note_langu=E&note_numm=693306] mentions:

  1. Error 35 - this error occurs when trying to send an e-mail with an attachment, that cannot be created or accessed via the Attachments path as defined in SAP Business One. It is necessary to verify that there are no folder restrictions on the Attachments folder. It is also necessary to verify that the created attachment has a valid name. In case the operating system does not support the specific language used in SAP Business One, the Service Manager will not recognize the created file. In NT 4.0 Servers, try running the SBO Mailer under an Administrator account, instead of under a Local service account.

Regards

Mario
